My essay "Nonfiction Nightmares" is included in the latest Cup of Comfort for Writers anthology, which should be out shortly.
I really should change the name of this "blog," now that I'm in Albuquerque, which, BTW, is ten times better than living in Minneapolis!

Dear Ellen, I've never bid on your auctions even though I really enjoy looking at them and reading your descriptions. I love reading updates about you and your crazy cat. I hope you've found a new job and can keep your place. I was born in 1948 and can tell by your pictures and descriptions exactly what you're selling so don't pay a bit of attention to the crazy bitch. There are many of us on ebay who've been buying and selling since the beginning that greatly appreciate the unique sellers and as soon as I figure out what I can do with some of your fantastic "stuff", I'm gonna buy some, too. Please keep selling. In this crazy world today it's comforting to know that I can search "Jewish, cat hair & tally" and come up with your "wonderful stuff". Much Admiration from a Grannie in Oklahoma
